I used this amazing pattern from Noodlehead that can be found here:
And then I used her tutorial as a guide, making a few changes as I went ( I didn't use batting because the felt lining is thick, skipped putting seam binding, and I sewed the ribbon on a little differently). The full explanation and post can be found here:
